About the property
Villa Eugenia is located in a small village Zagora, not far from Brseč and Mošćenička Draga, an area known for its beautiful nature and beaches with crystal blue sea.
Nearby is the romantic Lungomare promenade that connects the probationary towns.
For all lovers of nature and active holidays, do not miss to visit the Učka Nature Park.
If you want to explore the islands, from here there is a ferry to Cres, and other tourist places such as Opatija or Rabac are only 20 minutes away by car.
One of the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic, Klančac in Brseč, is only 3 km away, and you can reach the beach Stupova Zagora from home by a 25-minute walk along the forest road.

About unit
The large Mediterranean garden of 3800 m2 spreads over several levels and offers stunning views of the green hills and the sea in the background.
On one level of the terrace you can relax on deck chairs in the sun or under an exotic gazebo, and refresh yourself in the inviting pool which also offers the possibility of heating. The pool also has counter-current swimming and hydromassage.
The upper level invites you to a barbecue and gatherings around the table and dining outdoors. The interior of the villa successfully combines modern and traditional with a touch of Mediterranean style.
On the lower ground floor there is an old renovated tavern where, thanks to the thick stone walls, during the hot summer days you can cool off, rest, also prepare and enjoy a fine meal. This part of the house has a separate entrance, but is also connected to the rest of the house from the inside. It has an interesting toilet.
On the first floor, which can be reached via a closed and covered terrace, where you can enjoy a morning coffee overlooking the sea, there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a spacious living room. There is also a bathroom with shower / toilet.
On the second floor there are three comfortable and nicely decorated bedrooms, each with a double bed, and one large bathroom with shower / bath / toilet. A special place is occupied by a small but comfortable gallery with an armchair that serves for moments of relaxation with a good book or music.
The house is fully air conditioned with two air conditioners.
The villa offers a relaxing holiday, as well as a large number of activities to comfortably and unforgettable use your vacation.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in der wunderschönen Villa Eugenia.
Die Zimmer sind tiptop, die Ausstattung im Haus war super. Der Pool und die Außenanlage lies keine Wünsche und Vorstellungen offen. Wenn wir "Probleme" hatten, war Lorena sofort für uns da.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der tollen "Villa Eugenia" - vom Empfang der Vermieterin Lorena bis zu ihrem Service mit den Moskitonetzen war alles perfekt! Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir vergeben in allen Belangen die höchste Punktzahl, weil keine Wünsche offen blieben! Auch wenn das Objekt etwas abseits gelegen ist, haben wir volle Punkte vergeben, weil die Lage für uns perfekt war. Es handelt sich um ein großzügiges Anwesen, auf dem früher Weinreben angebaut wurden. Alles bestens - wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

We loved our stay. We were visiting Istria for a week with 3 generations, and Villa Eugenia was a wonderful home base. Plenty of space which has been recently renovated. The pool is lovely and we appreciated the extra game items - like ping pong and fussball for our daughter. The location is gorgeous with a view of the sea and islands, and easy to hop on the road to visit all of Istria, or just visit a nearby restaurant or grocery store. Lorena was super responsive to the few issues we had on the first day, and after that everything was perfect.
